Obama is targeting every American who makes more than $200,000 a year.
The vast majority of Americans, and probably 90% of people who are now unemployed don’t realize this, but the people who produce 80% of all new jobs in our economy are small businessmen who report their income on their individual incomes.
A small businessman in a position to hire someone will almost certainly have at least $200,000 worth of income to report — and their taxes on that income will increase substantially under Obama’s plan.
That’s the way to encourage new hiring, right?
